My Story
 "My name is P’nut, and I carry the honor of being a 7th-generation Yang family lineage holder. Martial arts has been my language since I was eight years old, rooted in the 'games' my grandfather played with me while babysitting—games that were actually the building blocks of Tai Chi and Qigong. This unique, lifelong immersion allows me to teach the internal arts not just as a set of rules, but as a living legacy. I am committed to sharing this authentic heritage with precision, clarity, and the same spirit of discovery that started my own journey."
